Meet NP Skylar Veltri. NP Skylar is a Board-Certified Family Nurse Practitioner dedicated to delivering compassionate, patient-centered primary care. She believes healthcare works best when patients feel heard, respected, and actively involved in their care.

Her clinical background strengthened her commitment to prevention, early intervention, and chronic disease management. NP Skylar is passionate about helping patients improve long-term health through education, personalized care, and proactive treatment strategies.

Patients value NP Skylar's calm demeanor, attention to detail, and genuine listening style. She believes strong provider-patient relationships are the foundation of quality healthcare and takes time to understand each patient's goals and concerns.

Skylar earned her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from the University of Florida and her Master of Science in Nursing, Family Nurse Practitioner, from the University of Cincinnati. Prior to becoming a Nurse Practitioner, she built a strong clinical foundation through years of critical care and travel nursing experience, caring for patients in diverse healthcare settings and high-acuity environments. Working alongside multidisciplinary teams, she cared for patients facing complex medical conditions and learned the importance of combining clinical excellence with compassionate, patient-centered care.

 

These experiences strengthened her ability to remain calm under pressure, think critically, and develop meaningful connections with patients and their families during some of life's most challenging moments. Today, she brings that same dedication, adaptability, and commitment to excellence to every patient she serves.
