At Innovative Wellness Clinic, Inc., A Nursing Corporation, our goal is to provide quality health care in a timely matter. With that goal in mind, we have provided a cancellation and refund policy that will enable us to better utilize available appointments for patients in need.
Appointment Cancellation Policy:
Please call our office at 858-648-0755 or email us at Danielle@innovativewellnessclinic.com to make appointment changes. We are requiring a 24 hours notice to cancel or reschedule appointments. Please leave a detailed message with your name, date of birth, and when you would like to be rescheduled.
Refunds are processed within 7-10 business days if an appointment is cancelled 24 hours prior to the scheduled appointment. A $50 administrative fee will be subtracted from the refund.
We love our members and appreciate their commitment. As a convenience, an administrative fee will not be charged for cancelled appointments when under a monthly membership. A 30 days notice is required to cancel a membership subscription. In order to renew a cancelled membership, a $75 reactivation fee will be required.
