Meet Donna Mather, MSN, FNP-C, DipACLM, and Family Nurse Practitioner at IWC Primary Care. Donna brings over a decade of medical experience to the team, guided by a deep passion for helping patients live fuller, healthier lives through preventive, personalized care. Her journey through medical-surgical floors, renal units, and family practice clinics shaped her belief that healing goes beyond prescriptions—it begins with listening, understanding, and empowering every patient.

Donna is board-certified in both Family Medicine and Lifestyle Medicine, holding a Master’s in Ambulatory Care Nursing and a Post-Master’s Certificate in Family Nurse Practice from Western University of Health Sciences. With this advanced training, she specializes in therapeutic lifestyle interventions designed to treat root causes—not just symptoms. Her integrative approach bridges conventional medical science with holistic wellness, offering patients tools for long-term health and vitality.

As a mother of two and a proud San Diego resident, Donna understands how life’s daily demands can affect health. That’s why she partners with her patients to create care plans that are not only effective but realistic. Known for her thoughtful presence, calm demeanor, and thorough follow-through, Donna is trusted by patients seeking sustainable solutions and compassionate care.
