Our services are offered throughout San Diego, Lemon Grove, Spring Valley, and El Cajon; as well as throughout California via telehealth as Primary Care Providers. We accept most major insurance plans. We accept all Sharp Health Plans and Medicare Part B plans. We also accept most Medicare Advantage Plans, Tricare Prime, Tricare Select, Aetna, Cigna, Multiplan, United Health Care and more.
